 I am really proud of the quality in the work we put out and the number of referrals because of it. I'm thankful for the work ethic my own parents instilled in me. I have discovered the secret to success is that there is no secret. 

Promptness, being courteous, clean, respectful….these are common sense items. The greatest hurdle is having the expertise to do the job correctly. This is where the separation starts because experience and pride in what you do cannot be bought or given to people. The experience is earned the hard way. The pride is something you are born with and you either have it or you don’t. Performing a task the correct way because someone tells you to and doing it that way because it disturbs you to leave it any other way are very different. The bottom line is people just want professional work at a fair price. I can offer them that.
